PeNGaRoo is an effective algorithm and toolkit for predicting non-classical secreted proteins in Gram-positive bacteria. By combining the gradient boosting machine in an ensemble learning framework, PeNGaRoo could achieve accurate and robust performance in non-classical secreted protein prediction.
